Poor product quality. I’m on my second track at their house. The first of another model is damaged after 6 months, it was MV55G. impossible to return because it costs almost the purchase price of a new one. And it refuses to send you a voucher or QR return code to send the item. They also made me waste 2 months asking me to do tests that I had already done to check if the device was really damaged, I made videos showing that the device was defective but they always found a reason to waste time on me. It was a bad experience. I speak for all those people who dare not comment on their bad experience. Besides, after a certain delay, it is impossible to write a notice about a purchased item. I think that if you do not write a notice within 30 days and you have a problem 2 months after the purchase, and well you do not know how to issue a notice. Bad customer service.
